I’m Sandra Estrada. I was born and raised in Mexico and majored in International Trade and Customs, but after a few years of practice in this field, life took me to the customer service business. With more than 20 years of customer service experience in a multicultural environment and the firm purpose of helping people feel happier in their workplaces, I came up with the idea of offering customer service for your best asset, your most important customer,
and the key to success: your employees. I’m an entrepreneur with an eagerness to keep growing personally and professionally. I love serving and helping people and look forward to representing Hispanic women in this great country where I have lived for over 19 years.

My life in Mexico was not easy; I grew up with a single mom who gave us great love and values. Nonetheless, we went through many financial struggles and other challenges, I knew that education, hard work, and faith would help me through this. I enjoy the present, feel blessed with my beautiful family, and have a heart full of gratitude. I'm happy to have started this project where I can help companies and employees as human beings as well as non-profits, impacting them positively and doing my part towards contributing to a better world.

For Employees HME, it is essential to promote the values ​​of gratitude, thankfulness, helping others, giving back, appreciation, and kindness. We need a world with more happiness and joy. We want to incorporate more celebration, communication, connection, recognition, motivation, and teamwork in workplaces. Helping non-profit associations locally and internationally has become a mission since giving back is our way to feeling gratitude, expressing it, and making a difference. We believe many companies care about their employees and share our values. We know that together, we can achieve better workplaces, all united in a heart full of gratitude.
